Surreal Eventing – a professional event planning & management company owned by David and Alexis Yapp. Surreal Eventing was first established in 1994 and was formally known as Top PR, which was a division of well known DJ agency in Durban, Top Jocks. David and Alexis have re-launched the professional event planning & management company now known as Surreal Eventing, creating a new image and offering new services to our prospective clients, vendors and venues.

Alexis not only has 10 years experience working in various corporate environments which have included the hospitality and resort management industry, but over the past 5 years Alexis has assisted David at over 400 social and corporate events. Alexis is responsible for marketing & sales, administration, budget planning, building & maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, event organizing, resourcing, liaising with suppliers and venues. Alexis will dedicate 110% of her time to you and your function.

David’s responsibility is that of a professional support role, David’s extensive knowledge and 25 years experience in social and corporate events, plays an integral part of the business, creating new theme ideas, concepts and all round marketing is David’s main focus.

Sharon Bielovich runs our Joburg branch. Sharon has been involved in events, functions and promotions for many years, her responsibilities will be that of building and maintaining relationships with our clients and suppliers, event organising, resourcing and marketing in and around Gauteng. Sharon will ensure that your function is nothing but extraordinary.    

Surreal Eventing offers an all round service, focusing on Weddings, Private Occasions and Corporate Events in and around KwaZulu Natal and Johannesburg. We strive to offer outstanding service to you our client through flawless execution of your event from start to finish. We will work together with individuals and groups to create a unique and memorable event through creative planning and professional execution. Our aim is to always leave a positive lasting impression.
